This morning when I woke up ...
Led me to the most sinful lunch I ever had since coming to UK ... but it's comfort food ...
while on the ride home this evening ...
I have to forgo this evening run, as the footpath is not very big and the condition is slippery and dangerous at some part because I would need to run on the road. It may be too cold for my back too. But temperature is getting back up tomorrow. If not too cold, I'll do a substitute run.
